Troy and Lisa Howry, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Hope Howry, to Jason Zinszer, son of Julie and Sean Welling and Jason and Kesha Zinszer. Hope attended Millersville University and is employed as an emotional support teacher at Manheim Township School District. Jason attended Thaddeus Stevens of Technology and is employed as an electrician at Thomas Edison Electric. A June 2024 wedding is being planned.
